Text: Acts 5:27-32 Title: Compelled to Witness Proposition: Our understanding and experience of the gospel compels us to witness in the face of opposition by the world. Introduction I. The World Opposes the Gospel (vv. 27-28) A. What do we mean by "the World"? 1. 2. B. What are some motivations behind the world's opposition? 1. Out of hardness of heart: despite evidence a. healing of lame man [3:1-10] b. angel's intervention from prison [5:19-21]) 2.
